Connect a child device
In the guardian web app, open the child, add a device, then enter the six-character code on the child device. Codes are single-use and expire after fifteen minutes.
Requests and approvals
When a limit is reached, the child can enter a short reason and ask for more time. Guardians can approve or decline. Approved time applies only to the device that asked unless the guardian explicitly selects another device.
Privacy and account deletion
Use Settings to view the Privacy Notice. The family owner can export family data or permanently delete the household with the owner password. An invited guardian can instead confirm their own password and delete only their guardian account.

Email puerh.consulting@gmail.com with the device platform, app version, and a description of the problem. Never include a password, enrollment code, or a child’s private request text.
